Dr. Justin Kullgren is Specialty Practice Pharmacist in Palliative Medicine. As a Pain and Palliative Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center James Cancer Hospital, Justin works with the palliative interdisciplinary team on pain and symptom management, prevention and treatment of adverse drug events, medication dosing, and monitoring and disease state management. Dr. Kullgren enjoys the opportunity to provide educational presentations to the palliative care interdisciplinary team. Justin is a Past President for the Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists and a Fellow of AAHPM and SPPCP.
