Hospice of the Valley

Dr. Maribeth Gallagher is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who serves as Director of Hospice of the Valley’s award-winning Dementia Program. In this capacity, she leads initiatives that integrate evidence-based clinical practice, comprehensive care partner support, and community education to advance person-centered models of palliative care that optimize well-being, dignity, and connection across the continuum of dementia care.
