Speech-Language Pathologist

Sanora Yonan, M.S., CCC-SLP is an oncologic Speech-Language Pathologist at City of Hope National Medical Center, specializing in cancer care with a clinical focus on swallowing and feeding in head and neck cancer and palliative contexts. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Palliative Care at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, aiming to illuminate and expand the role of SLPs in end-of-life care. Sanora also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at California State University, Northridge, where she began teaching undergraduate courses in Spring 2025 and now teaches in the graduate program.
