Palliative Care
TN Oncology
I am Nataly Bailey, a dedicated healthcare provider with a strong background in hospice and palliative care. Currently, I serve as the Palliative Care Team Manager at Tennessee Oncology, where I provide direct patient care and oversee a team of palliative care providers.
My journey in healthcare began as a Hospice RN Case Manager with a local hospice company, where I gained valuable experience over five years before deciding to further my education. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University and a Master of Science in Nursing in Adult Gerontology Primary Care from Vanderbilt University.
In addition to my clinical leadership role, I contribute to academia as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Belmont University School of Nursing. In this position, I guide nursing students during clinical rotations and collaborate with colleagues to enrich the educational experience.
I also serve as a board member for both the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, where I work to advance education, advocacy, and representation within the nursing profession.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I actively engage in volunteer work, emphasizing my commitment to the underserved. Fluent in Spanish, I lend my language skills to various organizations, including the Hispanic Family Foundation.
My journey in healthcare is driven by a genuine passion for providing compassionate and comprehensive care. I look forward to continuing to serve my patients and community with dedication, humility, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
