Stacy Nilsen, PhD, RN, CNS, ACNS-BC, serves as the Clinical Nurse Specialist for Generational Health at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, California. Generational Health is an innovative initiative aligning hospital care with the goals of older adults. Her interests focus on optimizing wellness and outcomes, as well as addressing the needs of complex and vulnerable older adults. She earned her undergraduate degree from Villanova University and completed her master's degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing at the University of San Diego. Stacy also serves as adjunct nursing faculty at the University of San Diego.
