Alisha Kshetry, MD, is Associate Medical Director of Palliative Medicine at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Associate Program Director of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Miami. She also serves as a clinical ethics consultant for Jackson Health System.
She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine in Family Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In addition to her leadership roles, Dr. Kshetry runs the outpatient palliative care clinic and provides consultative palliative care services throughout Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Kshetry graduated from Tulane University School of Medicine in 2018. She was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, and spent her formative years growing up in New Delhi, India, before returning to the United States for her medical training. She completed her family medicine residency and subsequently her hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Kshetry’s professional interests include quality improvement in palliative care delivery, advance care planning, and clinical ethics.
