Kelly McKenna is the Director of Product Development at the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM). In her more than seven years with AAHPM, Kelly has contributed to initiatives across quality improvement, research, analytics, and product innovation, driving programs that advance education and practice in serious illness care.
Before joining AAHPM, Kelly spent seven years at a nonprofit public health organization focused on preventing infectious diseases, where she managed programs aimed at improving population health outcomes.
Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University, a Master of Arts (MA) from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Illinois State University. Her diverse academic background and professional experience reflect a commitment to improving healthcare through evidence-based strategies, innovative products, and collaborative partnerships.
