Juliana O'Brien, MSN, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner, Division of Palliative Medicine
Nemours Children's Health

Juliana is a graduate of Boston College and University of Pennsylvania. She has been practicing in pediatric palliative care for 13 years. Juliana has been Vital Talk Faculty since 2023. She has done quality improvement work around end of life care in the PICU, most notably implementing a withholding/withdrawing life sustaining technology clinical pathway and end of life care communication tool in the EMR. She was born and raised in Delaware. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
