Emma Croxford is currently a PhD student in Biomedical Data Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She earned her B.S. from the University of Indianapolis in 2022, majoring in Mathematics and Data Science. Her research is primarily focused on the evaluation of Large Language Model-generated clinical text, with emphasis on the development of robust evaluation workflows for ensuring clinical safety without sacrificing the quality of assessments. She works under the mentorship of Dr. Majid Afshar, aiming to advance trustworthy AI applications in healthcare.
