Cindy Tofthagen, PhD, APRN, FAANP, FAAN is a nurse scientist and professor of nursing at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. She is also the director of the Mayo Clinic Academy for Nursing Science. Her research interests focus on testing non-pharmacological interventions to improve symptoms and quality of life issues and addressing unmet needs for people with cancer, as well as their families.
