I am Tochukwu Jeffrey Nwaneri Nwosu (Toe-chu-kwuu Jeffrey Wan-E-ri Wo-soo) . A Nigerian man of first generation Igbo descent. I have completed my undergraduate training in Biochemistry w/ a Chemistry and Religious Studies at Pacific Union College in Angwin, California at Pacific Union College and then completed my medical training at St George's School of Medicine located in St George's, Grenada receiving Doctors in Medicine.
I completed my Internal Medicine Residency at Alameda Health Systems Highland Hospital and subsequently served as a Chief Resident as well.
I am currently board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and I am now a fellow at UC Davis Health's Hospice and Palliative Care Fellowship. After completion of my fellowship I plan to serve in a combined role as a Palliative Care Inpatient/Outpatient/Hospice Attending at UC Davis Health teaching primary palliative care skills while providing delicate patient centered cared for underserved communities who have minimal faces in the field to represent and advocate for them in the field of medicine.
