Dr. Morgan is an Assistant Profressor at the M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing at Villanova University. She is a Gerontological and Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience caring for older adults living with serious illnesses, including dementia, cancer, and severe brain injury. Her research program is developing evidence for strengths-based psychosocial interventions for older adults with early-stage cognitive impairment using community-engaged research methods. Dr. Morgan completed a postdoctoral fellowship at NYU Grossman School of Medicine in the Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Care (2023-2026). Dr. Morgan holds an Advanced Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing® and was named an Emerging Leader by the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Foundation in 2022.
