Dr. Crooms is Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology and the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Care at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has a general neuropalliative care clinic for people with serious neurologic illness, as well as providing embedded palliative care for the Mount Sinai multidisciplinary ALS clinic. Her research is focused on developing and testing a care delivery model for integrating palliative care into management of glioblastoma.
