Janet An, AGPCNP-BC, ACHPN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with specialized certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from New York University, where she completed her advanced practice training in adult-gerontology. Janet has been a valued member of the Mount Sinai West team, working in the Inpatient Geriatrics and Palliative Care Department since 2016.
