Leah Tenenbaum, DMin, BCC-PCHAC, is chaplain for the Adult Inpatient Palliative Care Team at Yale New Haven Hospital, where she also serves on the Bio-Ethics Committee. Leah is an ordained rabbi who pursued her rabbinic studies at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, where she obtained both a Master of Hebrew Letters and a Doctor of Ministry. Leah is a board-certified chaplain with advanced board certification in Palliative Care & Hospice. Leah has presented both locally and nationally on the role of faith, spirituality, and advance care planning. Leah is passionate about bioethics, spirituality over the trajectory of serious illness, teaching, and listening to people’s stories.
