Tina Correia, BSN, RN, is an experienced nursing leader with over 30 years in hospice, long-term care, and acute care settings. She currently serves as the Senior Patient Clinical Manager and former Hospice Case Manager with HopeHealth, providing compassionate leadership and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
Her career includes 27 years experience as Director of Nursing in several skilled nursing facilities, including being recognized as Regional Director of Nursing of the Year by Life Care Centers of America. Tina transitioned to hospice care, a change that deepened her commitment to providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families at the end of life.
She is passionate about mentoring nurses, improving clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of empathy and excellence in every care environment.
