I am an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hopsital in the Divisions of Critical Care and Palliative care. I am passionate about medical education and I am currently theprogram director of the hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital. I am also passionate about palliative in the ICU, DEI initiatives and Vital Talk. I feel strongly about empowering others with primary palliative care skills.
