I am an Assistant Professor at Emory University and core faculty for the Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Fellowship at Emory University. I am a health services researcher interested quality improvement work pertaining to Artificial Intelligence in outpatient palliative care, improving access and outcomes among patients with life-limiting, chronic disease in the outpatient palliative care setting, and inproving educational outcomes for HPM fellows at Emory and on the national landscape. I completed my medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and further went on to complete my internal medicine residency and HPM fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. I have been invited to speak at national conferences including the longevity Hope Summit Conference for cancer patients and caregivers. Recently recognized for Emory’s 2024 and 2025 Emory School of Medicine Doctor’s Day.
