Dr. Pozzar is an Associate Professor of Nursing in the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University and a Nurse Scientist in the Phyllis F. Cantor Center for Research in Nursing and Patient Care Services at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Her research is focused on developing scalable digital health interventions that enhance patient-clinician communication and symptom management in the cancer care setting. Dr. Pozzar’s research has been funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research, the American Cancer Society, the National Palliative Care Research Center, and the Oncology Nursing Foundation. She completed a post-doctoral research fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School and was an inaugural Society for Medical Decision Making Fellow in Medical Decision Making.
