Pediatric Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner
Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Julia McBee, MSN, CPNP-PC is a pediatric nurse practitioner working in New York City at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on their Pediatric Advanced Care Team. She started her career as an inpatient pediatric hematology and oncology nurse at MSKCC. After 9 years of bedside nursing she received her Master’s degree at NYU School of Nursing and went on to train at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital as a pediatric palliative care nurse practitioner fellow. Following fellowship she helped form the Pediatric Advanced Care Team at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone where she practiced for 7 years.
