Kristin Soper, DNP, MS, RN, ANP-BC, AOCNP began her career as a registered nurse and has since held various oncology roles at SUNY Upstate Medical University including clinical leader, clinical trainer, nurse practitioner, team lead for APS and most recently, as the Associate Director of Nursing at the Cancer Center. Soper has received numerous nursing awards including Provider of the Month and the Daisy Award for extraordinary nurses. She has published manuscripts in both the Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing and the Journal of Hospice and Palliative Nursing as well as presented at many national conferences. She holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Buffalo and holds both Advanced Oncology as well as Adult Nurse Practitioner board certifications.
