Dr. Keren Moss is a internal medicine physician praciting within a home hospice in the rural south of Israel. She studied medicine in Tel Aviv university. Dr. Moss leads research projects in the home hospice setting and is the chief medical officer of Dexoligo therapeutics, a preclinical-stage company dedicated to the development of first-in-class siRNA therapeutics.
