HAPC Voices is designed to change what participants know, feel, and do by immersing them in authentic narratives that reflect the diverse realities of hospice and palliative care. Through shared stories, participants will develop a deeper understanding of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion; reflect on their own values and practices; and be inspired to integrate more compassionate, culturally responsive, and collaborative approaches in their professional roles. This initiative is intended to spark personal insight, build professional resilience, and transform how individuals lead, care, and connect within interprofessional teams and with the patients and families they serve.

Learning Objectives:

Analyze how fragile infrastructure,lack of opioid access, and regional conflict affect palliative care delivery and identify opportunities to strengthen systems.
Examine ethical challenges clinicians face when caring for family, including role conflict, boundary tensions, and decision-making under cultural and emotional strain.
